The planets have a fair amount of variety, plenty of options to set up how the world looks just like past Civ games only with extra options to make the world look more alien, you can make the world covered in fungus instead of jungles and forests, A barren desert, a frozen wasteland etc.įactions only real difference is their starting bonuses, until you get into the game and make a lot of decisions based on your actions to add little bonuses here and their alter the way the faction plays in each game.

So far their are no warnings to let you know the AI is about to win a wonder victory, I lost my first game 4 turns away from winning, I didn't know I had no warning I had lost until the defeat screen came up and prevented me from continuing.
